The Hostile Media finds itself "exhausted from being outraged" in the Trump Era, as White House insiders now claim "unstoppable momentum." We look further into the Flynn plea deal, which Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz describes as a "show of weakness" by Team Mueller. Process crimes for a key witness? Leon Panetta, former Secretary of Defense, adds that its "a stretch" to insinuate the Trump transition team broke any laws. Meanwhile, Roy Moore takes a commanding lead in Alabama, Sen. Al Franken earns his fifth accuser, and open borders Rep. Luis Gutierrez announces plans to leave the House. Also, Sen. Elizabeth "Pocahontas" Warren amplifies her branding, and we offer preliminary notes on the Kate Steinle verdict. Plus, our interview with Roger Edwards, Republican candidate in the 6th Congressional District, set to offer a primary challenge to sitting Rep. Mike Coffman. With Listener Calls & Music via the Animals, the Bellamy Brothers, the Go-Go's, Joe Walsh and Enrique Iglesias.

Opening Monologue. Brian Ross of ABC News blows it on the breaking Michael Flynn story. After lifting the hopes of the Left, roiling stock markets and raising expectations for a Trump impeachment, Ross ultimately issues an on-air "correction" for his false reporting, and ABC News itself apologizes for its "serious error." We listen to Joy Behar, of ABC's "The View" program, respond with unbridled glee to the Very Fake News. Although Ross has now been "suspended" without pay, perhaps the media got the story they wanted? Meanwhile, we review Mueller's "small potatoes" plea deal for Flynn, and examine the case of Peter Strzok, an anti-Trump FBI agent recently dismissed from the Mueller investigation. Why have the FBI and DOJ been stonewalling on Strzok? An angry Rep. Devin Nunes would like to know, as he prepares "Contempt of Congress" charges. Plus, we discuss the December "supermoon" and celebrate plans for In-N-Out burger to come to Colorado. With Listener Calls & Music via Joan Jett, the Moody Blues, Brooks & Dunn and Ricky Martin.
